About us

Who we are

22 Unfinished Missions is a veteran-founded nonprofit dedicated to restoring purpose, stability, and community through sustainable living, vocational training, and meaningful connection.

22 Unfinished Missions is a veteran-founded nonprofit committed to helping those who served rediscover purpose and stability after service. Through hands-on homesteading, vocational training, and sustainable agriculture, we empower veterans to heal from the invisible wounds of war while building new paths forward. At the same time, our programs work to combat food scarcity in underserved communities by providing fresh, locally grown produce and fostering self-reliance through education and outreach. Together, we’re cultivating growth, healing, and hope—from the soil up.

We are currently launching our microgreens program and building partnerships with community-focused nonprofits throughout Nevada and Sacramento Counties to lay the foundation for our full-scale veteran training and sustainability initiatives.

Our approach

Our Mission
Our mission is to make sure all Veterans returning from active duty get all the support they need, when they need it, no matter what it is.

22 Unfinished Missions empowers veterans to rebuild their lives through purpose, community, and sustainable living. By addressing the invisible wounds of war and creating hands-on opportunities in agriculture, homesteading, and vocational training, we help those who served find healing, stability, and renewed direction—while giving back to the communities they call home.

Our Vision
We want to build a world where Veteran feels alone and gets every possible help they need as soon as possible.

Vision Statement:
Our vision is to create a self-sustaining network of veteran-led communities where healing, purpose, and growth thrive—transforming the challenges of service into opportunities for renewal, and building a future where every veteran and every community can flourish together.
